These are excellent for the price and customer service is top notch!!

I was skeptical of these at first, since the price is very reasonable compared to other shops and sites, but I must say that my first impressions of these in person are very good. The matting especially is very affordable compared to others and all of mine were made correctly as I ordered them. There was one issue where the mat color I chose was not available for the two large "oversized" frames I got, but this was solved and made right by customer service. Speaking of which the customer service manager Annie is simply awesome at her job and is very kind and considerate. She most probably deserves a nice raise for how well she does her job.

Also shipping is super reasonable at only $31, at the time of my purchase, no matter how many frames you buy. This is an amazing deal, and on top of that they regularly offer discount codes.

The only small disappointment was that the hangers are not pre-installed. Just something to keep in mind that you will be having to screw in, or hammer in depending on which you chose, the hangers yourself.

If you are on the fence I say go for it! Get those poor posters or artworks you have a frame to protect and display them, I think most of you will not regret it. Just be sure to measure multiple times and make sure you have everything set up correctly. The default overlap for mats is 1/8" but you can adjust the "artwork size" to get more overlap (but it does et a bit tricky keeping all the numbers right in your head).
